QuickBooks Integration

In order to help you enhance your transaction management capabilities, Authorize.Net has added QuickBooks reporting and download features. QuickBooks is the leading financial management system for small and medium sized businesses. The new QuickBooks capabilities allow you to track your Authorize.Net payment gateway transactions along with your QuickBooks accounts, simplifying your business’s financial management.

The following features for use with QuickBooks are included in the Merchant Interface.

Enhanced Transaction Management – “Map” charge and refund transactions to established QuickBooks transaction types and accounts.

Easy Integration – Import successfully settled transaction download reports from the Merchant Interface into QuickBooks.

Configure Download Settings – Use Merchant Interface settings to establish QuickBooks download fields, including customer, product, tax, freight, and duty settings.

Itemized Order Information – Submit itemized order information, including item descriptions, quantities, prices, and tax status, using new and enhanced transaction submission fields.

Transaction Details – View itemized order information on the Transaction Detail in the Merchant Interface and on the Transaction Detail print receipts.

This valuable QuickBooks functionality is a standard feature of your Authorize.Net payment gateway account and is available to you at no additional cost. You will have access to the complete online QuickBooks integration manual as well as free technical support. Even if you are not currently using QuickBooks, this feature will still be available to you should you decide to purchase QuickBooks down the road.
